Items are sold on a first email, first serve basis. If you are interested in an item, email us as soon as possible to inquire about availability and/or to reserve the item. Please check frequently for new items as we update several times a month.
We try very hard to describe every item as accurately as possible. We apologize for any mistakes we may make in the description. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. We will only accept returns if notified by email within 20 days of the shipping date.
We are not responsible for packages that are shipped uninsured or that get lost in route to your shipping address. We will not accept returns on items that are damaged during shipping that were uninsured.
We have added a shopping cart to allow you make a purchase using a credit card. The shopping cart is through Paypal, where you will be redirected to pay. PLEASE NOTE! If you use the shopping cart, you are not being charged the shipping costs, which will be added later. You may request the shipping charges before you make your purchases, or I will email you the shipping charges, which will be added to your total, based on your preferences. The reason we have to do this is to keep the shipping rates as low as possible and to give you a choice of which shipping method you would prefer. We are actually saving you money on shipping by not charging a flat fee, or a fee based on a percentage of the purchase, instead of the weight of the package. New York State residents will be charged 7% sales tax on all purchases.
